OBRA follows Decree 2-14-394 (CCAG-T) for progress statements and retention, Decree 2-03-703 for late-payment interest, and DGI regulation (ICE/IF, 20% VAT, 2026 e-invoicing). Payroll entries flow through ORDO with a Damancom e-BDS export for CNSS.
